- Offer: Four Free Spicy Nuggets with a purchase of over £5 (not inclusive of).
- Eligibility: The offer is available to all customers making qualifying purchases in Wendy’s in Lakeside Shopping Centre only.
- Redemption: The offer will be applied at the time of purchase once the qualifying purchase is complete. This can only be redeemed by signing up to the Lakeside free Wi-Fi and opting into rewards and news for The List.
- Promotional Period: The offer is available to the first 100 customers.
- Exclusions: The required purchase amount, specifically, over £5 must be met before the redemption of the offer. No lower purchase qualifies. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Non-transferable: The offer is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged for any other offer.
- Returns: If items purchased as part of the offer (4 free spicy nuggets with any purchase over £5) are returned, any refund due will be based on the amount actually paid. If the qualifying meal is returned, the value of the free 4 spicy nuggets will be deducted from the refund, as the offer will no longer apply.

Beaverbrooks Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Lakeside Shopping Centre (“Lakeside”) in partnership with Beaverbrooks the Jewellers (“Beaverbrooks”) (together referred to as the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Lakeside, Beaverbrooks, their affiliated companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering the competition, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition will run from 13 – 20 March.
3.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must:
- Complete and submit the official competition sign-up form on the Lakeside landing page during the Competition Period; and
- Follow @beaverbrooksthejewellers and @lakeside on Instagram
4.2 Participants must ensure their social media follow is active at the time of winner selection.
4.3 Double Entry:
Participants who sign up to The List (Lakeside’s WiFi marketing database) during the Competition Period will receive one additional entry into the prize draw.
- Only one double-entry bonus per person is permitted.
- Existing subscribers to The List will automatically qualify for the double entry if they enter the competition using the same email address associated with their subscription.
4.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.
4.5 Only one entry per person is permitted, except where the double-entry criteria is met as outlined above.
4.6 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will not be accepted.
5. The Prize
5.1 One winner will receive a Beaverbrooks engagement ring to the value of £2,500 (RRP).
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.3 If the selected ring is valued at less than £2,500, no cash balance will be provided.
5.4 If the selected ring exceeds £2,500 in value, the winner may pay the difference.
5.5 The prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
6.2 The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6.4 The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity and eligibility before awarding the prize.
7. Publicity
7.1 By entering the competition, participants agree that, if they win, they may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition without additional compensation.
7.2 The winner’s first name and county may be made available upon request in accordance with advertising regulations. Participants may object to this by contacting the Promoter.
