- The wearing of ski masks, hoods up and helmets is not permitted. We welcome the use of face coverings for medical and religious reasons.
- The riding, pushing or carriage of bikes, rollerblades, scooters or skateboards is not allowed
- Intimidating behaviour of any kind towards other visitors, our staff or our retailers is not acceptable
- No swearing, shouting or use of any unpleasant language
- No throwing of objects
- Any act of vandalism towards property belonging to us, or our retailers, will be dealt with accordingly and the local police informed
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave
- Alcohol may only be consumed within licensed premises
- Do not smoke or vape in enclosed / covered areas
- Groups deemed too large or disorderly by Lakeside will be asked to leave
- Shirts / tops and footwear must be worn at all times
- Any person either bringing, selling or taking any illegal substance, or drugs paraphernalia within Lakeside will be reported to the police immediately
- Only registered assistance animals allowed
- No leafleting, canvassing, conducting third party interviews or surveys, no selling goods, busking, film crews, commercial filming or photography on any part of Lakeside property without advance agreement by Centre Management
- Lakeside reserves the right to deny anyone access
These premises are protected by CCTV 24 hours a day. CCTV cameras are located in mall areas, lifts, car parks and service areas.
