Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times in a friendly and professional manner
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products
• Strive to meet and exceed all sales targets set by management
• Gift wrap purchases to a high standard
• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
• Check, receive, and process deliveries
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
• Assist with general store duties as required
