In order to avoid misuse, we keep our multi-faith room is closed. If you wish to use the space, please speak to a member of the Lakeside Shopping Centre team who will be able to assist you with access.

Lakeside has 13 car parks and almost 12,000 FREE parking spaces including.
Passenger lifts and escalators give easy access from each car park directly to the shopping centre.

We have spaces reserved especially for disabled shoppers in Car Park 10/Blue, and other dedicated spaces in Car Park 4 and Car Park D.

Electric Parking
We have spaces reserved especially for electric vehicles in Car Park B, Car Park C, Car Park D

ShopMobility is open to pre-booked customers only. Please call in advance on 01708 869933 to book a wheelchair, scooter or electric wheelchair. All our equipment is free of charge, all we ask is that you bring some form of ID (such as a driving licence or bill) to confirm your name and address.

At present, in order for the team to ensure complete sanitisation of the fleet there will be no drop in bookings on the day. Everything must be booked in advance of your visit.

ShopMobility Opening Times:

Monday to Saturday - 9am – 6pm (equipment must be returned by 5.15pm latest)
Sunday - 11am – 5pm (equipment must be returned by 4.15pm latest)

Collect+ Opening Times:
Monday to Saturday - 9am – 5pm
Sunday - 11am – 4pm

Please remember your ID and barcode when collecting, and nothing bigger than a 1m² for return.
