Maki & Ramen, inspired by the hundred ramen-yas (ラーメン屋) or ramen shops of Japan, is a traditional Asian-inspired restaurant chain. Our dedication to ramen is unmatched; every noodle is handcrafted with care, and our broth, a labour of love, is simmered for eight hours in our Edinburgh factory to achieve the most luxurious, deep-flavoured finish for our guests.
From our signature Tonkotsu Ramen boasting a rich pork broth to a meticulously crafted selection of the highest quality sushi, our menu caters to every palate.
