Hours: 25 - 40 hours per week

Job description:

We are seeking a talented member of Management to join the Partyman World Family. This would be a permanent position with us, working 20-40 hours a week, dependant on business needs. After school and School Holidays hours are essential, as well at least 1 day every weekend.

Our Venue is open Monday through to Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm and 10am - 6:00pm on Weekends. Out of hours events can also be booked, plus School and Public Holidays will differ.

As a Manager, you will be face of the business. You will be responsible for Excellent standards and you’ll have the desire to provide the Greatest EXPERIENCE for our Guests.

The Job Role:

We ask that our managers have a very hands on approach. Our Managers would never ask the team to do something that they wouldn’t do themselves.

Can you speak on the microphone, can you be a bubbly character, do you have great customer service?

Our managers work in service 90% of the time, ensuring that customer service is at a high and our visitors are receiving the best experience possible.

You will also be required to complete some admin work, this is documents such as safety checks, cleaning schedules, event paperwork and more.

We ask that you are a good problem solver, know how to win customers round and hold a professional image at all times.
