Wage/Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Part Time - 12 hours per week
Position Overview:
- Ensure the level of customer service given is consistent with the company standard and meet customer needs and expectations
- Assist with achieving store KPI target
- Attend training on sales and product knowledge as required
- Use skills and training to generate sales, units/transactions and average spend
- Report any misuse or theft stock to a member of management
- Reflect the values of the brand in personal presentation and demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for the brand
- Follow visual merchandising principles to ensure that the brand is represented to the highest standard in the store
- Observe and conform to all retail policies and procedures
- Maintain good standard in Health and Safety and housekeeping
