Job description:

Purpose:

To be part of the retail team responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting high standards service to the customers. Reflect the vision and goals associated with Gant UK and Gant brand.

Job Description:

-Ensure the level of customer service given is consistent with the company standard and meet customer needs and expectations

-Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures

-Handle daily cash transaction and balance registers accurately


- Maintain a secure and organized cash area

-Assist with achieving store KPI target

-Attend training on sales and product knowledge as required

-Use skills and training to generate sales, units/transactions and average spend

-Report any misuse or theft stock to a member of management


-Reflect the values of the brand in personal presentation and demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for the brand

-Follow visual merchandising principles to ensure that the brand is represented to the highest standard in the store

-Observe and conform to all retail policies and procedures

-Maintain good standard in Health and Safety and housekeeping
