Sales Associate | Reiss

We are looking for a key individual with a strong eye for fashion and excellent communication skills, who leads by example and demonstrates a solid understanding of the brand. The ideal candidate will be highly focused on delivering an elevated customer experience, possess strong sales and commercial awareness, and make a positive contribution to a high-performing team.

A Sales Associate Skill Requirements

Positively promotes the brand:
Leads by example with their personal styling, grooming standards, demeanour and overall appearance. Confident in conveying to customers their knowledge of brand history, design process and our global omni-channel business. Conducts themselves in line with company values. Takes pride in the store in maintaining all aspects of silent-service, brand standards and store cleanliness. Communicates relevant company news to the team.

Provides an elevated customer experience :
Deliver a personalised, premium customer experience by prioritising customers, making them feel valued, and confidently advising on products, styling, fabrics, and trends. Building strong, long-term relationships is key, using expert product knowledge to inspire customers and create loyalty across every interaction.

Meets targets and delivers expected results:
Understand store and personal targets, take ownership of their KPIs, and use available tools to achieve results. They should have a clear awareness of how the business operates, how it makes money, and how their individual performance directly impacts overall success.

Maintains a safe and operationally efficient store environment:
Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Follows all H&S procedures including how to minimise, resolve or report any potential hazards. to Maintain a safe, well-organised, and operationally efficient store by following procedures accurately, managing tasks with urgency, and meeting deadlines. This includes effective cash handling, processing online orders correctly, and balancing multiple priorities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Contributes to a high performing team 
Contribute to a high-performing team by communicating effectively, collaborating positively, and supporting colleagues when needed. They should take responsibility for their own development, help create an inclusive and motivated team environment, and know when to escalate issues appropriately.
