Sales Advisor | Vanilla

Job Description:

• Welcome customers and prioritise their needs to deliver excellent service.
• Confidently operate the till, engage with customers about products to help drive sales, and provide support in fitting rooms, including offering style advice.
• Identify and assist customers who show buying signals.
• Maintain high shop floor standards, ensuring the store remains tidy, organised, and easy to shop.
• Replenish stock efficiently and ensure full size availability at all times.
• Receive and process deliveries accurately and effectively.
• Support floor layout changes and promotional activities as required.

Hours:
8 hours per week (across 2 days), with potential for additional overtime.
