• Lead and manage a team to achieve operational and sales goals
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Optimise customer service by fostering a positive and engaging shopping environment
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Conduct staff training, performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and escalations in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other supervisors and store management for overall store success
