When a nappy needs changing, or a toddler needs taming, our parent and baby rooms are on hand to give you a calming and peaceful environment.

Baby feeding facilities are available throughout the centre. You will find them in the following locations:

Level 1 by Cafe Nero
Level 3 on The Eatery

The bus station is accessible outside the centre main entrance on level 1 by McDonalds.

There are several cash machines throughout the centre. You will find them in the following locations:

The Centre Management office is located down the corridor by Pizza Express on The Eatery, Level 3.

Opening Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm excluding bank holidays

Car Park D - Level 1 by Parent, Child and Disabled parking

Should you need access to a radar key when visiting the centre, please speak to a member of the Lakeside Shopping Centre staff who will be happy to assist you.

Lakeside has 12 car parks and 11,857 parking spaces including disabled and parent and child spaces. Passenger lifts and escalators give easy access from each car park directly to the shopping centre.

We have spaces reserved especially for disabled shoppers in Car Park 10/Blue, and other dedicated spaces in Car Park 4 and Car Park D.

Parent & Baby Spaces
We have spaces reserved especially for parents in Car Park D, Car Park 12, Car Park 5 and Car Park 4.

Electric Parking
We have spaces reserved especially for electric vehicles in Car Park 8. Our Tesla Superchargers are available to use for all electric vehicles (other than a 2016 Nissan Leaf).

ShopMobility is open to pre-booked customers only. Please call us in advance on 01708 869933 (option 2) to book a wheelchair, rollator, scooter or electric wheelchair. All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and weight restrictions apply.

Our equipment is free of charge and all we ask is that you bring a form of ID to confirm name and address for the booking (such as a Driving Licence or a bill dated within 6 months). Please ensure you have a valid mobile number that we can contact you on whilst shopping.

We book in time slots to allow our customers space to pick up equipment and ask that you book a time when you call. We only hold equipment for 1 hour from that time so please call if you are running late or need to cancel.

Car Park 10 is for disabled badge holders only. If hiring our equipment and you do not have a badge then we can provide you with a temporary badge, on request, valid for the day of hire only. It is your responsibility to display this badge whilst parked.

Our Click & Collect service also operates from our ShopMobility office so please be patient when arriving.
