Job description

Are you passionate about luxury fragrances and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking a visionary Boutique Store Manager to lead our new flagship store.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service.
• Create a premium, personalised shopping experience.
• Drive sales and KPIs while maintaining brand standards.
• Build strong supplier relationships and host in-store events.
• Champion customer feedback and loyalty programs.
• Use brand knowledge to bring products to life through storytelling.
  

What You Bring

• Proven success managing a flagship or luxury retail store.
• Strong leadership, commercial insight, and customer focus.
• Experience with niche and luxury brands.
• Excellent communication and team development skills.
• Tech-savvy with a growth mindset
• Fragrance Foundation qualification (or willingness to complete).
