Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Café Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble menu items according to café standards and customer requests. Ensure all food items are fresh and meet quality and safety guidelines. Maintain proper portion control and presentation.

Customer Service: Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and payments efficiently. Address and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Re-stocking: Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed. Ensure all shelves, counters, and displays are stocked and well-organized. Notify management of low-stock or out-of-stock items.

Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of the café, including workstations, dining areas, and restrooms. Wash utensils, dishes, and equipment regularly. Follow health and safety regulations for a hygienic environment.

Store Management: Assist in opening and closing procedures. Support in managing cash register operations and daily reports. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
