Barbers Against Prostate Cancer

Hairforce 1 Barbers and Barbers Against Prostate Cancer are supported by Macmillan Cancer Support. They will be collaborating with Lakeside Shopping Centre to host a pop-up barber shop event in their ongoing effort to raise awareness for prostate cancer in the local community.

Prostate cancer is a significant health concern, and through the collaboration, they aim to engage the community in a unique and impactful way. Offering a pop-up barber shop experience, they intend to create a friendly and approachable environment where individuals can not only receive quality haircuts but also learn about the importance of early detection and support for those affected by prostate cancer.

Free haircuts will be provided to men aged 40 and over or those living with prostate cancer. All haircuts will be carried out by qualified volunteer barbers.
