Vegan Crispy Shallot Menu from Shake Shack

Get ready to veg out! Shake Shack is launching 100% vegan crispy crinkle cut fries for a limited time.

A bespoke vegan patty by chef Neil Rankin with smoky vegan cheddar, beer-marinated crispy shallots, lettuce, and Dijonnaise sauce on a toasted potato bun. The vegan patty is made from roasted mushrooms and onion, miso, bulgur wheat and a blend of spices.

Guests will be able to swap out any beef patty on the menu for a vegan one, to make their burger veggie.

100% vegan crispy crinkle cut fries topped with beer-marinated crispy shallots, Dijonniase sauce and spring onions.

Vanilla custard hand spun with raspberry cheesecake, topped with whipped cream and raspberry dust.*
