Job Description

Sales & Customer Experience
• Deliver personalised fragrance consultations and luxury customer experiences.
• Drive sales through product demonstrations, scent pairing, and cross-selling strategies.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Maintain premium presentation standards and luxury hospitality behaviours.

Visual Merchandising
• Support luxury visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Assist with seasonal launches, promotions, and fragrance activations.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organisation, and premium presentation at all times.
• Maintain impeccable store cleanliness, organisation and presentation, ensuring the boutique
consistently reflects the luxury, elegance and heritage of Arabian Oud.

Operations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, POS accuracy, and cash handling.
• Support stock replenishment, transfers, and inventory control.
• Assist with stock counts and maintain operational excellence.

Brand Relations
• Maintain strong knowledge of fragrance collections, notes, and trends.
• Represent the Arabian Oud brand with integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Deliver exceptional grooming and presentation standards suitable for a luxury environment.

Compliance & Standards
• Adhere to company policies, privacy standards, and health & safety procedures.
• Ensure pricing, promotions, and ticketing remain aligned with company standards.
• Protect company assets through vigilance and professionalism.

Key Qualifications
• Luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for fragrance storytelling and customer engagement.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Professional appearance and flexible approach to working hours
