The Centre Management office is located down the corridor by Pizza Express on The Eatery, Level 3.

Opening Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm excluding bank holidays

In order to avoid misuse, we keep our multi-faith room is closed. If you wish to use the space, please speak to a member of the Lakeside Shopping Centre team who will be able to assist you with access.

For Click & Collect services, please head to the ShopMobility office located in Car Park 10 on Level 1.

There are plenty of spaces available for you to park your bike when visiting the centre. You can find these in the following locations:

Should you need access to a radar key when visiting the centre, please speak to a member of the Lakeside Shopping Centre staff who will be happy to assist you.

Lakeside has 12 car parks and 11,857 parking spaces including disabled and parent and child spaces. Passenger lifts and escalators give easy access from each car park directly to the shopping centre.

Disabled Parking Spaces
We have spaces reserved especially for disabled shoppers in Car Park 10/Blue, and other dedicated spaces in Car Park 4 and Car Park D.

Parent & Baby Spaces
We have spaces reserved especially for parents in Car Park D, Car Park 12, Car Park 5 and Car Park 4.

Electric Parking
We have spaces reserved especially for electric vehicles in Car Park B, Car Park C, Car Park D. Also Tesla Charging Points in Car Park 8.

ShopMobility is open to pre-booked customers only. Please call in advance on 01708 869933 to book a wheelchair, scooter or electric wheelchair. All our equipment is free of charge, all we ask is that you bring some form of ID (such as a driving licence or bill) to confirm your name and address.

At present, in order for the team to ensure complete sanitisation of the fleet there will be no drop in bookings on the day. Everything must be booked in advance of your visit.

You will also find Collect+ located in the ShopMobilty office

ShopMobility Opening Times:

Monday to Saturday - 9am – 6pm (equipment must be returned by 5.15pm latest)
Sunday - 11am – 5pm (equipment must be returned by 4.15pm latest)
